Led by an experienced varsity coach with 7 years of teaching and 5 years of coaching in Fairfax County. Structured sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy.
Daily virtue focus rooted in Catholic teaching — charity, humility, discipline, perseverance, responsibility, and self-sacrifice. Includes special talks from a priest in the diocese.
